K&N Air Filter Kit Installation 2000 Nissan Frontier king Cab XE?

I have not installed new plugs in my 2000 Nissan Frontier King Cab XE in over 5 years and 93,000 miles. Since i plan on installing new plugs and wires while I am on vacation next month, I have entertained the notion of replacing the K&N filter (rectangular)

Sounds like it's just a replacement filter, in which case you don't need any tools. You will just need to pop the clips on the airbox, lift the top off, remove the old filter and install the new one.
