I just changed my Pontiac Fiero's alternator and now when I start the car the speedometer jumps around.?
Anyone know what's causing this? I checked everything over repeatedly and can't figure out why it's doing this...
The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) or cable connection is bad as one possibility since the VSS drives the speedometer. It may affect your transmission shifting as well.
