BMW 330i thermostat replacement?

Does anyone know how to replace a thermostat in a 2001 BMW 330i or does anyone know a good website to find a detailed description or images to help me out.

I have the part and I am having trouble with the shroud over the fan, its just too

You need to remove the fan clutch and then remove the shroud and this way you will be able to get to the thermostat much easier......
