How to remove drivebelt tensioner. 99 Taurus SE 3.0L OHV?

Changing water pump and want to remove the drivebelt tensioner to better access the bolts underneath it. I have a Haynes for this model but can not find any information so far on removing the tensioner.

Any help is appreciated.

Remove the belt first, just use a closed end wrench on the bolt for the pulley to release the tension. After the belt is of there is one bolt in the middle of the tensioner pivot, remove that bolt and the tensioner will come right off.
