What is the electrostatic filter I need to get for a Pinguino PACL90 portable air conditioner?

The air conditioner came with two air filters. I'm looking for what the manual calls a "3M electrostatic filter". It does not give a model number for the filter, and just looking for "3M electrostatic filter" on places like Amazon

You don't have to get too carried away. If you cannot find factory filters, you can probably go to the hardware store and buy foam trim-to-fit type filter material.
