2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ Wiper issue?

No intermitent wipers, and blades stops wherever when turned off
( does not return to bottom of glass ) I need a tech to clear up, motor, relay? Is there a control module for the intermitent setting? Is the park sensor built into the motor? Thanks

intermitent is on control module,
