How much should I pay for engine / transmission installation + radiator repair?

I'm supplying a replacement engine and transmission for my 2002 Saturn SC2. How much should I expect to pay for their installation and a repair to the radiator? The price I got from the mechanic was $1300. I got the engine and transmission together

Well it takes 4 hours to remove an engine, maybe less than an hour and a half for the tranny and a good 8 hours of labor to put the engine in and 2 hours and a half for the tranny so you are looking at around 16 hours or 20 for the labor...
