Can I do something to inside wicker so it can be outside?

I have a wicker love seat that I would like to have outside. Can I paint/spray it with something so it can be outside?

You can seal it with a non-yellowing polyurethane, like Varathane, but I really suggest purchasing a cover for it during inclimate weather. Wicker is very porous and you will not be able to totally seal it which means moisture can get into the weave.
